Frequently asked questions
There's no monthly fee for one screen with one TV, for as long as you like. You still need a Pixigns Player for that screen, $300 once. No card is needed to sign up, and on Free you can put your own pictures, videos, PDFs and music on your screen, with no expiry.
Each screen is one player, with one or both of its TVs. Every screen you have is charged, and the charge follows when you add or remove one. Two TVs side by side on one player count as one screen.
Yes. An owner can switch between Basic and Premium, or between monthly and yearly, or cancel, from Manage billing in Settings, under Billing. If you cancel, the plan lasts to the end of what you've paid for, then you're on Free. Your first paid plan is free for 7 days with no card; with no card when the trial ends, you go back to Free and your screens keep playing what they have.
Yes, on every plan, Free included: each screen is a Pixigns Player plugged into your TV's HDMI port. It runs one TV, or two side by side, and keeps playing when the internet drops. It's $300 one-time, plus sales tax, with shipping included. Order a player.
Your TVs keep playing. Each player keeps its own copy of what it plays, with its schedules. When the internet drops, the TVs keep playing and schedules keep switching, even through a restart or a power cut. When it's back online, it picks up what you published in the meantime.
